2 Chapters/Day Plan
Have you ever read the Bible all the way through?
Wouldn't you like to be able to say you have?
Try this.
By reading only 2 chapters in the Bible every day, in little more than 18 months, you will have read the Bible cover-to-cover and be able to claim something most people can't.
There's more to it ! You will very quickly and unconsciously develop a HABIT of reading the Bible. On average, it probably takes 10 or 15 minutes at most to read 2 chapters in the Bible. So, with your morning coffee (or tea), sit down and read 2 chapters each morning. In just a couple of weeks, you'll find that you can't start your day until you've done your reading. You'll have the habit. You'll discover that as soon as you finish the last verse of the last book, and chalk up another cover-to-cover reading, you'll start again.
Even if you just read so you can say "I read", you'll reallize that you're learning without even trying. You'll start seeing things and associating one thing with another in the Bible and putting things in perspective as you've never done before. Many things you've wondered about will fall into place.
The daily Bible reading habit will have a huge impact on your life. And you'll be very happy about it.

If you're more aggessive in your Bible reading, you can increase the number of chapters you read each day. If you read 4 chapters a day, it will take you only 10 months to read the Bible cover-to-cover. If you read 10 chapters a day, it will take you only 4 months.
Chronological Plan
The books of the Bible are not listed in chronological order, as they are divided by different forms of literature. The Old Testament consists of 39 books and the New Testament consists of 27, covering a time span of 1500 years. The books of the Bible were not in a particular order even when the codex was created. Instead of being chronological, the books of the Bible are first divided into types of literature— historical, poetic, prophetic, or letters of instruction. Then within those categories, the books or letters are in basic chronological order.
If you wish to read the Bible through in chronological order, follow the sequence in the link below. You may apply a 2-chapter/day, 4-chapter/day, etc reading plan of your choice to the chronological reading.
